Californian artist Day was previously referred to as DJ Day, began producing in the 90's and worked for Aloe Blacc, Alice Russell and People Under the Stairs. 

This second album of Damien Beebe once again represents his own relaxed sunshiny sound as 2007’s The Day Before did.

His jazzy flow, soulful use of samples, sweet sentimental melodies and catchy drum breaks are loyal reminiscences of hip hop's golden age.
